Research and development are familiar words that, although they are still unheard of, have gradually opened their place in our ears during the last 15 years in Iran. In the world, with the beginning of the 20th century, and more precisely with the beginning of 1950, research and development topics were raised in different countries in large and small organizations. Research and development are actually interdependent processes. whose output leads to the creation of new ideas, production of new products and even significant changes in previous products and topics. To create more prosperity for mankind. In line with global developments, Iran has gradually created planning and development topics at different organizational levels. Most of the research budgets are mainly received in oil, gas and petrochemical companies, power plant industries and national research institutes and pharmaceuticals. But with the privatization of many large companies and the creation of private companies, the importance of R&D topics has been extended to the level of different companies.

 

Maybe in the beginning, R&D units were focused on knowledge-based matters and high-tech levels in every organization, but with the passage of time, the concept of these topics changed in most companies. Currently, continuous monitoring of the market, access to new technologies. And products with more added value for better competitive supply in the market are among the main duties of the research and development unit.; Andishe Mehararai Sepahan Company has also been involved with knowledge-based production issues based on customer needs since the beginning of its formation and has provided a diverse product portfolio to its customers.

As mentioned in the production section, one of the main parts of the company is the production of coagulant products for water and wastewater treatment. The most common of these products, ferric chloride and aluminum sulfate, were produced at the beginning with competitive quality and price compared to other competitors. But with the progress of the work and conducting a lot of research on the coagulant product of polyaluminum chloride, which has almost replaced the above two products in the world, the company produced its first sample of its product on a laboratory and semi-industrial scale in 2013. After one year, by designing and manufacturing GLASS-LINED reactors for the production of this product, he started producing packs on an industrial scale.
Currently, the production of anionic and cationic polyelectrolytes is one of the company’s development goals. Considering that polyelectrolytes must be produced in different grades to cover the market, the company will make every effort to produce these products with quality. Currently, two grades of anionic polyelectrolyte have been industrialized for wastewater treatment. Also, the production of the following products are in the design phase of the industrial unit:
• Sodium hypochlorite (javel water)
• Chlorine tablets
• Types of antiscalant compounds

– Production of phosphate-based fertilizers
– Production of solo potash (potassium sulfate with a low amount of chlorine) in addition to the production unit of coagulant products as well as materials related to water purification, extensive efforts have been made in the production department of hydrocarbon materials of the company.
At present, the production of Soloso 100, 150 and 200 aromatic solvents is standardized and is made from petrochemical raffinite according to the procedure and is used in paint and resin industries.

– light hydrocarbon, but in the design and development department of the company, research is currently being done in the hydrocarbon unit to reduce the sulfur of light hydrocarbon production. Also, the related unit will be launched by the end of this year. To create the basis for the export of this product according to international standards. Installation of secondary specialization towers to produce testers with higher carbon is also one of the open projects of the company to increase the portfolio of export products with high purity
